What is Case Data?
Case data represents comprehensive clinical records of diagnosed breast cancer patients:
- Demographics & anthropometric measurements.
- Tumor histology, staging, and immunohistochemistry.
- Treatment regimens (chemotherapy, radiation, hormone).
What is Control Data?
Control data provides baseline clinical and lifestyle information for unaffected individuals used in comparative epidemiological analyses (Odds Ratios, Chi-Square tests).
